What is Wild Fork Unlimited?

Wild Fork Unlimited is a monthly and/or annual membership. Members pay a fee for perks like free same-day and next-day delivery for local customers with a minimum purchase. Members can sign-up online or in-store.

Objective

This project documents the user's journey from signing up in-store to receiving confirmation via email and activating their account on the website and showcases the different modal designs needed to complete the online registration process.

My Process

I decided to create a user flow to explore the roadblocks a customer may encounter as they became a user on the website and aligned with the technical product manager, who wrote the development tickets for each journey. From there, I created mobile and non-mobile mockups, presented for feedback, added details to the development ticket and handed off the Figma design file.
