Tourism and Travel Magazine Cover.

A magazine cover I designed in my leisure for a concept weekly Magazine centered around travel and tourism in Sri Lanka!

Reasons for certain stylistic choices -

In terms of Typography, I chose a flowy font style to evoke a sense of adventure and lack of restraint, not to mention how the elongated elements of the font mimic the flow of natural landscapes. ⛰️

The serif fonts for the destinations like “Theberton and Hanthana” were chosen because they convey a sense of timeless elegance and historical importance, as well as calmness through its like green color 🌳. Their cursive counterparts of course were selected to add a personal and authentic touch to the cover ✍🏽.

So why the picture? Well I just like the picture 😄
