3D & Motion Designer (Full-time; Hybrid)
TOKEN2049 and SuperAI – two leading brands in the crypto and AI industries – are entering their next growth phase. As a 3D & Motion Designer, you will play a key role in creating captivating motion graphics and video content that bring our brands to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design animations, video assets, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms. Your work will strengthen our brand presence and engage audiences across diverse channels.
Responsibilities
Work with the Design team to create motion graphics and video content for marketing, social media, and partnership initiatives
Collaborate with our Commercial and on-site Production teams to create state-of-the-art 3D renders to showcase our event experience
Design animations and video assets that align with brand guidelines and elevate our storytelling
Support the marketing team by producing engaging content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
Edit and enhance video footage to create high-quality final outputs
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects
Maintain a consistent visual style across all multimedia content
Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in 3D design, motion design, animation, or related fields
A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing skills
Proficiency in design and animation tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop (or equivalent)
Solid understanding of timing, composition, and storytelling in motion graphics
Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multimedia content
Effective communication skills for presenting ideas and incorporating feedback
