The position is open to candidates based in Atlanta, New York, California, Colorado, or Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative director, art director, senior designers, and account managers to develop impactful design solutions for print, digital, video experiential and social.
Execute designs that align with client brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Create visual assets for a variety of projects, including but not limited to: branding, cobranding, marketing campaigns, packaging, presentations, and storyboards.
Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables through careful attention to detail, layout, and design systems.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity.
Incorporate feedback from team members and clients, iterating on designs to achieve the best results.
Stay informed on design trends, tools, and industry best practices, applying them to elevate your work.
Must-Haves
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across print, digital, and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of digital design principles, including responsive design for web and social media platforms.
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills.
Understanding of print production processes and creating press-ready files.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A passion for storytelling and creating meaningful visual narratives.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with motion graphics and animation tools, such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools like Figma or Sketch.
Illustration skills and the ability to create custom graphics.
Experience working on branding projects from concept to execution.
Experience working with a variety of clients and industries, showcasing adaptability and creativity.
Ability to tap into a personal network
