Role:
We are seeking a talented Prototype Designer to join our team and collaborate directly with one of our major clients. This role will be an integrated part of the client’s design team, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders to create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. You will work closely with the client’s design team and stakeholders to translate concepts into interactive experiences that elevate usability, drive value, and support product iteration and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-fidelity, interactive prototypes in Figma to support user testing and stakeholder buy-in.
Collaborate directly with the client’s design team, product managers, and developers to align prototypes with product goals and requirements.
Optimize designs for usability, ensuring they effectively address user needs and pain points.
Work with the client’s team to translate concepts into interactive experiences that enhance usability and deliver value.
Implement feedback from user tests and stakeholders into iterative design cycles.
Maintain consistency with the established design system while pushing the boundaries of creativity and functionality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
Deep understanding of prototyping best practices, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
Ability to create complex, functional prototypes that simulate end-user interactions.
Strong communication skills to present and explain design solutions to stakeholders effectively.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work seamlessly as part of a client’s design team.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical ability to draw insights from data and present complex information through clear visuals.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field (preferred).
